ECONOMY CYCLE POLICIES

Returns:
All returns subject to 15% restocking fee, unless we were in error in filling the order and you received the wrong part. Please contact us for return authorization prior to returning any items. All items approved for return will be refunded within 14 business days. All items must be returned with original packaging, new and un-installed. Any parts installed for fitment or any purpose, are non-returnable. All returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment tracking received date. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed unless we were in error and you received the wrong part. Electrical parts are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered but may be covered by mfg warranty. Special order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered.

Shipping:
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive an email notification within that time period regarding the status of your order, please call 1(224)430-7971. The majority of orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, with the exception of large, weighty, and/or hazardous items which may require alternate means of shipping. We ship all orders with no signature required for delivery as this is what the majority of customers prefer, however we do obtain delivery confirmation for most orders. If you would like to have your order shipped with signature for delivery required, please contact us via email to: customerservice@economycycle.com or call (224) 430-7971. We are not responsible for missing packages sent without a signature required for delivery. If you would like shipping insurance on your order, please contact us via email to: customerservice@economycycle.com or call (224) 430-7971. Shipping charges calculated on the website do not include shipping insurance.

Customers providing PO Box addresses should note that UPS will NOT ship to a PO Box. The following items are shipped via UPS and cannot be delivered to a PO Box:
-Batteries
-Tires
-Exhaust Pipes
-Other over-sized, weighty, or items hazardous in nature

Back-Ordered Items:
If an item is back-ordered from one of our suppliers, we will contact you with estimated shipping dates, etc., as soon as we can. While this is not typical, we deal with suppliers, big and small, from every corner of the globe and we can occasionally experience availability/shipping issues from time to time. If we expect the backordered items to arrive within a 7 days, we will hold the order until the items arrive and ship at that time. If we expect extended delays, we will partially ship the order with in stock items, and ship the balance of the order when the backordered items are received, at our expense.

International Orders:
We DO ship orders internationally. Our website will calculate a universal shipping rate for all customers, regardless of location. If this amount is insufficient for your international order, you will be contacted with additional fees and payment options. Any international order may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of Economy Cycle. We ship international orders through the USPS and we provide tracking on the shipment. Insurance is available upon request. Economy Cycle is not responsible for international orders delayed or lost in transit. International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered. Economy Cycle is not responsible for import duty fees, taxes, surcharges, etc., on international shipments and we must accurately declare the value of purchased items on customs forms.

NOTE: WE CANNOT SHIP Oil, Fluids, Liquids or Chemicals Internationally.

Special Note for India Customers: India customs often requires customers to pick up shipments at the customs office, and often requires additional fees to release the shipment. We do not know the amount of these fees, and dealing with customs, fees, etc., are the customer’s responsibility. Economy Cycle provides shipment confirmation and tracking only.
