TDR Hyper Tension Reeds – Yamaha RD250/350/400. By Tony Doukas Racing. The tuner and racer’s choice in reed technology. Custom design by TDR to give maximum performance, flow and long life, excellent high rev performance. Highest quality fiber reeds available, each kit contains 2 sets of reeds, enough reeds to do 2 carbs/1bike.

Note: One package of reeds is enough to do one bike, two cylinders.

Available in 3 stages:

Stage 1 (yz125 style) – Stock to mildly modified engines. These double petal reeds are .018″ thick and offer excellent throttle response and added performance. These reeds are based on the Yamaha YZ125 reeds but resized to fit the RD reed cages, no cutting or mods required.

Stage 2 – Stock or slightly modified engines (chambers/filters/no porting). These double petal reeds are .020″ thick and offer excellent throttle response and added performance. Slightly stiffer than our stage 1 reeds.

Stage 3 – For highly modified engines or racing applications. These Single petal reeds are .020″ thick and offer excellent throttle response and added performance. Much stiffer than our stage 1 or 2 reeds.
