Shipping

 

Customers providing PO Box addresses should note that UPS will NOT ship to a PO Box. The following items are shipped via UPS and cannot be delivered to a PO Box:

-Batteries

-Tires

-Exhaust Pipes

-Other over-sized, weighty, or items hazardous in nature

International Orders:
We DO ship orders internationally. Our website will calculate a universal shipping rate for all customers, regardless of location. If this amount is insufficient for your international order, you will be contacted with additional fees and payment options. Any international order may be cancled and refunded at the discretion of Economy Cycle.

Back-Ordered Items:
If an item is back-ordered from one of our suppliers, we will contact you with estimated shipping dates, etc., as soon as we can. While this is not typical, we deal with suppliers, big and small, from every corner of the globe and we can experience availability/shipping issues from time to time.

 

Returns:

All returns subject to 25% restocking fee, unless we were in error in filling the order and you received the wrong part. All items must be returned with orignial packaging, new and un-installed. All returns must be received within 14 days of shipment tracking received date. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless we were in error and you received the wrong part. Electrical parts are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered. Special order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered. International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered.

Please allow up to five (5) business days for us to ship your order. If you do not receive an email notification within that time period regarding the status of your order, please call 1(224)430-7971. The majority of orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, with the exception of large, weighty, and/or hazardous items which may require alternate means of shipping. We ship all orders with no signature required for delivery as this is what the majority of customers prefer, however we do obtain delivery confirmation for most orders. If you would like to have your order shipped with signature for delivery required, please contact us via email to:customerservice@economycycle.com or call (224)430-7971. We are not responsible for missing packages sent without a signature required for delivery. If you would like shipping insurance on your order, please contact us via email to:customerservice@economycycle.com or call (224)430-7971. Shipping charges calculated on the website do not include shipping insurance.
