These are brand new manifolds, fresh rubber and recently manufactured. Replace your old dry rotted and cracked manifolds. Old manifolds and gaskets can leak, causing air to enter the cylinders and damage to your engine. These work with all Yamaha RD 350/400 / RZ350 and Banshee engines. This is the stock configuration for the RZ, but will add performance to your air-cooled RD as well. Simple installation, all parts included. These manifolds can be used with a boost bottle as well. These manifolds can be used on RD350 / RD400 to convert it to the more modern manifold design found on the Banshee / RZ350.The balance tube will help cure flat spots, improve throttle response and mileage. It works like a boost bottle. The design acts like a reed stuffer. Unlike the stock RD/RZ manifolds where your intake velocity drops sharply as it enters the reed cage. These manifolds improve and sustain higher in take velocity. Kit includes 2 cross over type manifolds, tube (hose) and clamps, everything you need for complete installation. You do not need to modify (cut the ears off) for installaiton. Stock manifolds (no tube) available, Stainless or black manifold hex head bolts available
